K2C | Clinical Training for Licensed Psychotherapists
The medicine is the tool. The therapy is the treatment.
A complete ketamine assisted psychotherapy protocol, taught by the clinicians who built and ran one. Intake through termination, in ~ 20 hours, at your own pace.
Enroll NowSelf-paced online course. 20 CE hours pending approval from NASW-Utah.
Ketamine is everywhere. Ketamine assisted psychotherapy is not.
A growing number of clinics now offer ketamine as a stand-alone medication service. No preparation, no psychotherapy in the room, no integration afterward. Patients get the medicine and miss most of what it makes possible.
Ketamine opens a window of increased neuroplasticity. What happens in that window, and in the integration sessions that follow it, is the clinical work. That work belongs to a trained psychotherapist.
Most clinicians who are curious about KAP run into the same wall. Weekend workshops give you an overview. Conference talks give you the research. Neither gives you a protocol you can actually follow with a patient on Tuesday morning.
K2C is that protocol.
What makes this training different
Taught from a working protocol
This is not a literature review. You learn the protocol Dr. Bullock built and ran at her own outpatient KAP program, including the three-hour medicine session structure, the treatment calendar, and the documentation that went with it.
Honest about the evidence
Almost all published ketamine research uses IV racemic ketamine or intranasal esketamine in monitored medical settings. Most KAP uses compounded sublingual troches, which cannot be studied the same way. We say so, and we teach you how to say so to your patients.
Built around real cases
Video and audio case studies from practicing KAP clinicians. A full treatment series, a difficult session, a medical denial, suicide risk management, and what went wrong when it did.
By the end of this course, you will be able to
- Screen patients for suitability, identify contraindications, and know when to refer to a higher level of care instead of treating.
- Build a KAP treatment plan across preparation, medicine, integration, and termination, and choose between group and individual medicine sessions.
- Obtain informed consent specific to KAP and hold a safe container for a three-hour medicine session.
- Facilitate a medicine session from grounding exercise to processing, including the Ketamine Assisted Breathwork protocol.
- Use the 24 to 48 hour post-dose window and write an integration plan with your patient.
- Assess and manage suicidal ideation inside an outpatient KAP protocol.
- Stay inside your scope. Know exactly where a facilitated dosing conversation ends and prescribing begins.
- Document a medicine session to a professional and legal standard.
- Close a course of treatment with a structured termination, a treatment summary for the referring clinician, and aftercare recommendations.
