I'm Dr. Emily Bullock

 I spent years as a clinical psychologist and Air Force veteran. I was trained to perform under extreme pressure. I was also exhausted, hormonally dysregulated, and in chronic sympathetic arousal. Yet, I was doing everything "right" by conventional standards and was perfectly "healthy" according to allopathic medicine. 

I built this program because I have lived the gap it's designed to close. As a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with complex chronic illness and as someone navigating my own functional medicine protocol right now, I know exactly how much falls through the cracks between a good medical provider and actual lifestyle change. I wasn't getting the help I needed, so I went looking for the answers myself.
